Had issues with a new deadbolt on a front door not working properly today, effectively locking me out of my house. Armstrong answered the phone quickly and came right away and not only helped me get into my house, but looked at both the deadbolt and the doorjamb, made some adjustments, and replaced some hardware and screws to ensure that the door wouldn't get stuck and jammed again. The gentleman was very helpful and nice and I'm so glad I called them first! 100% would recommend!

I had the misfortune of breaking my key off in the deadbolt today, but that misfortune turned out to be a great experience with Armstrong Locksmith. My call was answered immediately, a technician called to tell me his ETA, and was kind and friendly in addition to being a PERFECTIONIST. The job was checked, rechecked and checked again for quality. The price was very reasonable and truly a pleasure to work with this company! It’s great when something bad happens but turns out to be a great experience! Highly recommend.

I wish I could give these guys 10 stars! I've had only 1 key for my car for almost 2 years, and finally decided it was time to buy another key. through a quick google search and reading reviews, I found Armstrong Locksmith. We had a little bit of trouble connecting, this was on me, I have a weird schedule... so, they went above and beyond and offered to come to my office and take care of it for me while I was at work. Took less than 5 minutes. Seriously, the nicest people, excellent customer service, and cost much less than getting another key through the dealership. Would recommend to anyone!!!

I am always an advocate of supporting locally owned businesses and the communication plus availability from Armstrong was excellent. But I learned a valuable lesson to always get a quote when working with skilled technicians even when reviews are excellent.For a job which took less than 45 minutes including explanations and payment, I was charged $184. This included $75 just for making the trip, $55 to reposition plate and replace screws, $15 to replace 4 AA batteries (wow) and $20 to reprogram a smart lock. The cherry on top was an additional fee for using a card which if explained I would have happily avoided. I understand a system which is not based on time/labor but am left extremely disappointed by a bill for a job where I have no issues with the work itself but rather it's costs seemingly made up on the spot. Will certainly be doing my due diligence next time before hiring a locksmith.

I found Raimy with Armstrong Locksmith to do what he says he can do when he says he can do it. On time and duplicated a fob that my wife lost. Could have been me, but who knows? Anyway, I would not hesitate to call again.

This is what real service looks like. I called 10 other places who never even told me how to get it started without the key working, all because they wanted to make money off of me. Could not have been better. I called on a weekday morning with a bit of a residential entry door emergency. The dispatcher was courteous, friendly, and efficient. The locksmith they sent was all of these things as well. In addition, he arrived sooner than they said he would (it may have taken an hour), and very swiftly solved my problem. He also made helpful suggestions about steps to take to solve longer term issues, but without even a hint of a sales job. Just good, professional, expert service. I would call them again in an instant, and I give them my highest recommendation.

My key fob fell apart late evening during a grocery store run. Sako and Danny responded immediately and were present within half an hour. They were kind and communicative and built a new key on site. Truly, I don’t know what I would’ve done otherwise. Grateful for their work.

We were in a pretty tight bind when my gf accidentally locked her keys in her vehicle. We called this company and not only was there customer service great over the phone, but they arrived in a very short amount of time and had us back in and ready to go within minutes. The best customer service ever! After loosing my Volvo key, another locksmith referred me to Armstrong. I was told by a Volvo dealership that only volvo could make me a key after having me to jump through paper hoops and then having to wait for a key to come through the mail. Not true, Raimy made the key promptly after giving him the key code. Highly recommend, very nice company to work with. Thank you, Armstrong, and thank you, Raimy.
