Armstrong Locksmith Inc uses SMS only to send internal operational alerts to an authorized staff member when a customer submits a request through our website. These alerts help our staff respond to customer-requested locksmith services. They are not advertising or promotional messages sent to customers.
Enrollment is limited to an authorized Armstrong Locksmith employee or representative. Before enrollment, the staff member provides express consent to receive these internal notifications on the designated staff phone. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
The authorized staff member enrolls by sending START from the staff phone to Armstrong Locksmith’s SMS notification number. That message documents the staff member’s affirmative opt-in before operational alerts begin.
Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in records, and consent information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared only with service providers, such as the messaging platform used to deliver the alerts, as necessary to operate this internal notification service or as required by law.
